Our Abraham's Tayib Mutton is reared to the highest standards with kindness, care and love. This care and attentiveness leads to a high quality, tender meat that melts in the mouth. Mutton is perfect for slow cooking and gives curries and stews a wonderful, deep flavour. It is such an underrated meat that in our opinion needs a revival. All of our Mutton is Traditionally slaughtered facing Qibla without stunning in a Muslim-owned slaughterhouse.
