Due to our growing demand for beef we have now secured HMC slaughtered beef from Ireland. The cattle spend their days grazing on the famous lush grass of Irish farms. We then dry hang all of our beef for between 21 and 28 days for a fuller flavour and softer texture. All our beef is grass fed and are looked after to the highest welfare standards. Our beef is not certified organic due to the slaughter, but we do still get some organic beef that will be clearly advertised on the website when we get it. We offer the best cuts, gourmet mince and supply some fantastic restaurants.
